When trying to link - if someone is sponsoring you then include them too in "Number of family members" field. So for example if you are sponsored by a family member then say "2". My application did not link until I added this.

There are people here waiting since 50-60 days for their COPR and some got it in 1-2 days. So there is no specific timeline, all luck I guess..

My PR application started as outland process and then a few months back I came to Canada on Visitor Visa from USA. I received a Passport request letter and there were instructions to send passport to New York office if I am in USA or to Ottawa office if I am in Canada. I sent to Ottawa office...

Yes, I was able to contact them. I could talk to an agent once or twice and the one time there was automated message that no agent is available.
