I sent my application through UPS to Sydney which was delivered to New Waterford on Nov 9th. Everyone on WhatsApp group have received AOR with delivery date around Nov 15th or so. I have not received AOR yet.

Checked on ECAS.. Cannot find my profile there. Spoke to the agent beginning of the week. He asked for tracking number and payment receipt and told me that he wrote an email escalating the delay in AOR.

yes so in your case it was delivered to their location in Sydney. No agent can not see the status. But he escalated the issue to processing office by sending an email with my details.

same no signature.. but you can see on tracker - location name where it was delivered.

I don’t remember the sequence as such. I called on 1-888-242-2100. Entered UCI when it asked. Then followed checked status, and later for citizenship option..

I already tried that but no results there. I called the contact Center today and they escalated the issue of AOR delay.

Anyone here received AOR when there citizenship application was diverted to New Waterford office? Our application was delivered to New Waterford instead of Sydney on Nov 9th and no AOR yet when I can see people after Nov 9th delivery getting AOR.
