Applied 2021 and haven't got permanent file number till date. I will be surprised if those that applied 2022 will receive permanent file number by now. Bc according to the mail I got from them on enquiries, they process based on first come first serve hoping all are are equal.

CSCEC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca Use this mail address. Indicate all your details if u hv temporary file number, pls QUOTE it. This will take up to a month to get you a response. But will help u to know if actually your application is in good hands. Goodluck

I got my acknowledgement and temporary file number after just a month. Thst was on 4 th of January this Yr. Meanwhile my application was received on 2nd of Dec 2021. What I hv not got is permanent file number. Any day I got thst it means my application is under process. The duration says 3.5...

Need to ask this question here too. After getting PR and registering your business in canada, will the time spent outside canada working on same field and possibly paying tax on income received be counted as period spent within the 5yrs of expiry of PR status b4 citizenship? Honest answers pls

Can a legally registered Canadian company work outside cansds and pay tax? Will the period working outside canada be recognised in case of PR holder towards getting citizenship?
