Need advice - inland spouse sponsorship

THIS could be a very big problem for you. You would have misrepresented your status regarding your common-law partner if in fact you were living together between Nov 2018 and Nov 2019, when you landed. Although you were not common-law when you applied for your own PR, when you landed in Nov...

Would suggest that you reach out to the law firm that generously provides these free forums. You can find their contact numbers at the top of the main page. Perhaps they can help you. Good luck!

All fees needs to pay again if PR application returned due incomplete ?

Yes, it's the calling from outside Canada number. You should add your baby to your application, but just ask the IRCC person...if you're fortunate enough to actually reach a human. LOL!

Need advice - inland spouse sponsorship

Not sure that I'd agree that the SCPLC (Inland) process is faster. You could submit an Outland application now if you wanted to. 1. Just show proof that you have cohabited at any time during your relationship for at least 365 days. Include a letter explaining your situation and that your...

Sponsoring Husband Inland , how long of a process?

Again, nobody really knows for sure. If he cannot extend his current work visa he has no choice but to stop working! The fact that all Spousal Sponsorship applications now have to be submitted online has only complicated the issue; there have been quite a few people reporting weird errors with...

Sponsoring Husband Inland , how long of a process?

The answer to the AOR question is, unfortunately the same. Some people have reported that the never received AOR! The OWP will not be available to him before March. It sounds like he will need to stop working after his current work visa expires until he receives the OWP. Can he work remotely?

Sponsoring Husband Inland , how long of a process?

The process takes...as long as it takes. Previously an Outland application (which can be submitted from inside of Canada, even if the primary applicant is in Canada) was always faster. Problem being, most that are in Canada want/need to work ASAP, which is why the Inland application and...

US Green card and Canadian PR

So, the obvious question is: Why would you even bother? Are you thinking of using your PR status simply as a way to enter Canada without needing a travel visa? It's no secret that maintaining both PR and GC status is difficult, though not impossible. Canada is much more generous in that you...

    Spousal sponsorship

Could be yet another glitch with the online system, since it shows `replacement documents', rather than `additional documents needed' (or similar). If you kept copies of what was originally submitted, I suppose you could always send them again with a note explaining why you're...sending them...

    (613) 944-4000 And congratulations on your little `blessing'! Ask about adding him when you speak to someone at IRCC.

Needs advice and suggestion for a complicated case

If she only has ~ 15 weeks total being in Canada since the soft landing in 2018, my opinion is that she should be prepared for questioning from the CBSA officer. She needs to pen her thoughts, per se, to have the complete story to share with the officer, if the questions start. Having said...

Where to do fingerprints in Austin, TX? (online FBI PCC application)

How is this any different than your request a few weeks ago: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/fbi-pcc.247817/post-10317099 where I posted, this: Guess you have no other choice than to take a 3 hour drive...and a 3 hour drive, back. o_O

IMM5444e form issue: Section 5.5 under Residency Obligation

Ah, that certainly makes the `hoop' you're jumping through, substantially smaller in diameter. LOL! FWIW, much of the online process has been having major problems. This could very well be yet another one; still might warrant a call to them.

All fees needs to pay again if PR application returned due incomplete ?

I believe that you only pay the fees again if your first application is denied. Being returned as incomplete, should not require a second payment. Try calling IRCC and hope that you can reach a human to give you an answer. Call the IRCC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100, from within Canada only...

IMM5444e form issue: Section 5.5 under Residency Obligation

Perhaps you should consider applying online, oh...but then there's the plethora of issues being reported from those that have done that, too. Printing the blank form and completing it by hand, may be your only recourse...for now.

    Spousal sponsorship

? Clearly that is true. @masterppiz is NOT a Canadian citizen, nor is their husband or child, hence they must be IN Canada to sponsor them, right?;)

pr card still valid and wants to return canada

Based on the additional info from your other post, you will also need to apply for a travel visa for your husband and child. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/spousal-sponsorship.46995/post-10343580

And they must be in Canada to sponsor, since they are not a Canadian citizen.
