Did you try contacting your MP? Not that it is necessarily going to help (quite possibly, it won't), but they would have to inquire on your behalf, better than nothing.. I am at around 150 days, and it doesn't even seem they started processing yet.

It took me 2 months of trying to link my application to my GCKey account until I figured out that they put my country of birth in place of my city of birth (e.g. UK, UK instead of London, UK). So just a suggestion - try checking for where they could have misspelled something or made a mistake...
