Hi all Any one in same boat as me . Submitted file on 3 nov 2021 and not a single update on calling call center they told there is no file in system and mississauga office might have not started looking at it.. Any way on how to reach to mississauga office ?

I called them and they told agent in Mississauga have not started to look at your file so there is no file in the system. the processing time is more then 30 months they are saying now. looks like we cannot do anything as agent is not looking at the file and call center agents cannot help.

did you ever tried them calling ?
