I would suggest you to check with your panel physician first if they had submitted the medical report from their end and was there any response from IRCC about your medicals. Second step would be to raise a GCMS request. You might get response after a month.

I am in the same situation. But, I have not received a portal mail yet. When I checked with IRCC customer service, they informed me that dependents can send passport to VFS, but they will not get it back unless primary applicant receives COPR. I guess we will have to wait until we receive portal...

What is the current status of yours? I am in the same situation. In my GCMS notes, it says that Location: RROC CEC RFV Pending. Also, latest update on the file states that "All requirements met. However, PA in Canada and dependents are abroad.
