Just an analysis is that, if an applicant sent the application along with an upfront medical and did not leave canada, they wont be asking medical anymore for stage 1. Next bio and medical will be for stage 2.

If they have already started processing your application, you will not get a refund for processing fee. But you will be able to refund work permit fee and biometric fee (if you havent done it yet.).

No, i dont think so, as it will just cause even more conflicts and confusion. I think this policy is to give way too for us who has been long waiting for results and approval. Let us stay positive. God is in control.

Are you sure? Even those who have applied before this public policy? I dont think it will affect those that has been submitted already because there was a public policy given out for visitors inside Canada during the pandemic who submitted their applications for caregiver programs
