Please read me!! What are my options??

Sounds like CBSA has taken the steps to arrange the travel documents. If that’s the case I doubt there is much that can be done.

Is there anyone here who success to invite a family member for temporary stay after having PR by claiming asylum in Canada?

It’s possible, but extremely difficult. The difficulty will be overcoming the belief your family members will also claim asylum.

Please read my story and help me with your experiences, ideas and suggestions.

The fact you’ve never met in person is going to present a significant concern for sponsorship. Particularly if you get married at your first meeting.

Is this a misrepresentation? I'm scared.....

Unlikely. Misrepresentation would require them to make a determination under false pretences…I doubt having had dengue would result in your being denied for that reason alone.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

For the time before you were a PR, days prior to receiving a positive result or a positive PRRA count as 1/2 day for residency, up to 365 days. You will still need to have 2 years as a PR in Canada before you can apply for citizenship in that situation.

Amending Tax Returns to meet minimum income requirement for pgp 2022

Just being willing to pay extra tax isn’t the point. CRA will want to know where the extra $40K came from and why it wasn’t reported in 2019. Did you with hold income? Did you get paid under the table….Potentially a whole ugly can of worms you are opening, as opposed to waiting a year on...

What questions are typically asked by CBSA to visitors arriving in Canada?

That’s what we had to do. Buy a return ticket at the airport prior to boarding. It’s a PITA and draws additional scrutiny from airline staff.

What questions are typically asked by CBSA to visitors arriving in Canada?

On more than one occasion, the wife was denied boarding overseas without a return ticket before she became a PR. CBSA may not ask, but only because the airlines do it for them before they let you board.

When the wife got hers, they gave us just shy of 2 weeks to land. All depends on the date the medical expires in a lot of cases.

Hypothetical question: polygamy and immigration to Canada

I’ve lived in several of those countries. And they do police it, although not extensively. The wives do have rights as well, and it often involves their permission. Perhaps a move to Utah is in your future.....

Hypothetical question: polygamy and immigration to Canada

I think you’ll find that polygamous marriages in the countries you mentioned require that the husband supply the same level of attention and accommodation to each wife, along with the approvals of each wife for the new marriage. They don’t All shack up in one house with a big orgy room for an...
