Yeah, I figured it was my mistake. I downloaded the forms on Jun 20 but submitted my application in July. Anyway, it is what it is!

Well, we will have to wait and see! I hope that there will be some sort of understanding that we submitted our applications sometime between the two versions of the checklist. I don't expect that, but I HOPE! It is not a big deal anyway, if returned, we will need to add the missing passport...

I guess there is a chance that my application will be returned! Oh My GOD!
