    Congratulations! Do you remember what options did you choose to talk to an agent after calling the main number? All combinations I had and found on the forum didn't work for me today, all were ending up that i'm trying to choose the option that doesn't exist :((

    Thank you SO much! I appreciate your help! :) They requested Schedule A on July 18th (when medical passed) and we provided it within a timeframe. Notes also states that it was attached to the file. Thank you so much for your reply. You calmed my mind :):)
