    Usually COPR expiry is tied to your medical expiry. Since you’re inland, it doesn’t matter. It’s used to set a deadline for an approved PRs to finalized their landing formalities. Now, this only applies outland candidates.

    I don’t know what those applicants’ situation are or when did they receive their COPR. If you’re an inland applicant, the process ends when your receive your eCOPR via PR confirmation portal. That’s it. If that’s how you got your eCOPR, that’s the end of it.

    As long as you get 67 points, you’re already eligible under FSW. Additional points won’t bring additional value, it would just require you to provide docs to support those, so more work for you.

    The expiration in eCOPR applies if your Outland - that states the last day you need to land in Canada. Since you’re inland the expiration date doesn’t matter.

    You already answered you question. You get max points in the CRS calculator for 3 years of foreign work experience. Everything else is non value adding. have you checked your FSW eligibility (six selection factors)? Is it over 67 points with 3 years foreign work experience? If yes, then proceed.

    I didn’t send it back. I applied for a new SIN online and one of their requirements is to upload the COPR. So before uploading, I affixed digital signature to the document.

    I’m saying this from experience. Not sure for pure FSWs. But I was able to claim points for 1 year of Canadian work experience and 3 years of foreign work experience. So that’s 3 lines in my work experience - change in designation and NOC in my foreign work experience.
