    Ready for visa

I would like to clarify, are you talking about USPS and not UPS? I used FedEx both ways. I can't recall what the To address was but my VO was Ottawa. I didn't have to do anything different or change the address that IRCC provided. And they will not be able to create a return label in the store...

    Ready for visa

AFAIK, it means your application has passed that test. I would recommend ordering GCMS notes. I got a similar response to my webform, but when I saw my GCMS notes, it said my application was approved at the end of March 2020.

I noticed you are under the PNP track. Would it apply to FSW-Outland applicants too? I wonder what alternate landing might look like -- does anyone have any ideas?

Are you an inland/outland applicant? Do they not leave voicemails? I don't want to miss any important calls on accident.

Do we always have to send our passports after PPR to our local VO only or sometimes it is to Ottawa, for example in this case, where this applicant's case was processed?

    Outland Application updates Covid-19

Thanks for the information, it helped :-). I tried calling them at 8 AM EST, seems like they accept calls from 9AM - 5PM. Was able to reach an agent pretty easily right after 9AM without much waiting.
