    I saw that on my GCMS notes as well. It basically mean you meet minimum requirements (ILETS, education, work experience, Police certificate) for the program you have applied for example CEC. These checks usually happens after few days when you get AOR. Am not 100% sure though.

    In this situation I would wait till July. For instance, if my start date was July 16th, I should be able accept any draw which would be after July 17th.

    Yes, I got a couple of these emails. There was planned schedule maintenance prompt on CIC website. Not sure if there was a glitch that might have triggered those email to all applicants who have express entry profile.

    My AOR is 10th Jan as well. Am in same boat as you. Are you a single applicant or have dependents ? I think, applications with single applicant are getting processed slightly faster. I may be wrong. We still have 40+ days left.

    I mean for some applicants, IRCC agents may have mentioned that "eligibility- Passed" on a webform response. From what I have read, Review of eligibility status do not change until final discuss is made. Not sure where you checked "Everyone else with this Aor are passing eligibility. "
