I also know a few applicants AoR ranging from Dec'20 to early '21 with "Eligibility Not Started", myself included. We have ordered notes regularly and monitered our accounts for GUs, and it's safe to say no one has touched our files after R10 stage. But we believe GUs in the coming months can actually indicate some progress.We've got similar timelines

I got a ghost update in early september 2021 for expired medicals. I got another last week Thursday without any update in profile.

I had a question about travel. I have an AoR from December 2020 and have been waiting for that to be processed. My application is FSW-Inland. I also have a TRV valid for a further four years. I am an international student in Canada and have been here since Sept. 2018. However, it has been around three years since I visited home and I am considering going for 2 months in January 2021.
Is that something I can do despite being an FSW-Inland applicant? Does the CIC expect me to be in Canada for the duration of my application's processing? If the duration of travel matters, I can certainly go for a shorter time. I am just wondering if my travel will cause any issues with my PR application and if I will face any issues (beyond COVID related) upon returning to Canada?

very important cos someone told me visas are canceled once COPR arrives. Being outside Canada when the golden email arrives implies you have to stay back, apply and wait for a document.
Thank you. I did some googling and it seems you're right. However, I note that recently IRCC introduced the online to confirm PR for Inland applications. After confirmation, IRCC sends you the ECOPR.
If this is indeed the case for FSW-Inland applications, could I visit my home and if the portal email arrives, return to Canada and then confirm my status online to receive ECOPR. Would this work?

I received the same email on August 4th, 2021 and my AOR is on Feb 22, 2021 - Still no access to credentials yet.
Please advise if you've received any email regarding credentials for the portal ?
It's a high possibility because mine has been sitting there for about 9 months in total. Got an email regarding Portal but no response with credentials :-/

Hey guys, got a mail from cic today to submit my spouse documents in 30 days and asked to pay processing fee, biometrics and submit medical etc .I see that FSW outland files are moving now. Fingers crossed.
