Hello guys, today I spoke to them and they said my photo was rejected due to a size issue, and now they resized the photo and sent to production again, have any idea how long it will take to print?

How did you know they rejected the photo? Did they send you an email or update you through the portal?

I called them today and they told me this info

I'm surprised so if you weren't called them you wouldn't know that. What did you tell them when you called ? Couse all they tell me is this is not a priority.

Seems like Etobicoke processing partial PR card applications in family, my family's cards got approved long back but mine is still submitted, it went to productions a long back

Managed to add only kids to my CIC account. Today their status changed to "cards are mailed". No GU at all just status changed today from submited to approved. Hopefully they shipped mine and my wife's too. Good luck everyone. Will let you know when received.

How do you update your address on your application? My application for PR card received since March 10, but no update since then. Unable to change address on the change your address tool: it says cannot find your application but my application is linked to my online account.

Was finally able to link my application.

It only worked for me with "Family Name, Given Name and Date of Birth" combination.

In "City/town of birth" field, I copied exactly what was in the passport (it had the special character / and also my province).

So, if you were not able to link your application yet, try different combinations (unfortunately they will only let you try 5 times per day).

Anyone here who submitted their PR photo late? I got my COPR in March 16 but was only able to send photos in May. Do they process per copr date or photo receipt?

I have Q: before getting the Approved and the mailed option is there any email notification we get or its just shows up in GC key account?

It just shows up. Like mine came up on 22nd September. Not sure if it was a glitch or no but on a going trend I guess 29th September I should Get approval.

Hello all, i got a reply to the webform as below:

“We have reviewed your application on confirmation portal and we found that the photo you provided does not match with the specifications.
For that reason, the photo has been resubmitted to processed it again and sent for pr card production. Once the photo will be accepted, the card will be mailed out to you”

So, should i send a new photo before they ask or should i wait for their side communication first??

please help!! Any suggestions are appreciated
