Hello guys so I’ve been denied Canada study visa twice now I’m about to apply third time making a lot of changes please I want you to u guys to guide me before applying I don’t want to make any mistake this time. I don’t want it to be after I apply you guys will now start saying I’m meant to do this I’m meant to do that…

And for my family picture
We’re 6 children in the family but two are abroad
Can i attach an old picture? Or new picture with 4 children it in
Here’s my story
First reason
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue

Second reason
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I also applied for GCMS
The applicant is seeking to study in the College Diploma Program at Conetsoga college in Canada.

I am not Satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident,I note that : The client is Single,Mobile, is not well established and has no dependents.

Taking the applicant’s plan of studies into account , the documentation provided in support of the applicant’s financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied thy the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense.

Weighing the factors in the application.I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the term and conditions imposed as a temporary resident.

For the reasons above, I have refused the application

Ps- I was 17 years when I got these rejection so I don’t know why they’re saying I’m single and I don’t have dependents.

……Now my school (Conestoga college isn’t opened for Jaunuary intake now I’ve changed my school to Durham college. And now I’m paying my first semester fees next week to make my application stronger.

In the two applications that were rejected my dad was the sponsor but now I want to change to my mum hope that won’t be a problem?
And she doesn’t really have assets like my dad, land etc. she only has luxury cars like Range Rover Evoque and Toyota Venza.
Can I use her as my sponsor??
I’ll show up to 25m naira in her bank statement

So you have 4 children and are not single? if not then you are single with no dependants. How old are you? Do you have a degree? Assets are liquid funds not cars.

He meant out of 6 children, there are only 4 of his parent's children (himself and 3 other siblings) who are at home in Nigeria :D. He was asking if he should add the picture of himself and the 3 siblings at home - why that would be necessary beats me though.

I know but the OP said he “Ps- I was 17 years when I got these rejection so I don’t know why they’re saying I’m single and I don’t have dependents.” He is single and has no dependants. Not sure why OP needs to show a picture of the family and explain who they are.

I've said this to you before in several of your posts, and it's still the only 2 pieces of advice I have:
  • your college diploma program is the problem. You don't have any solid prospects with a mere college program. You are fresh out of high school AND young, you should go for a Bachelor's degree which will give you a more competitive qualification at the end.
College diploma is only suitable for older applicants who have been out of secondary for a long time and now want to go and get a post-secondary qualification. For such people, admission into a bachelors will be difficult so a diploma is usually logical. VO feels your college program is just a ruse (which is often the case) to enter Canada and look for work/hustle. Show them you are serious about your intention to get an education by going for a proper degree, in a university.

  • Pay your tuition fee for the whole year, then show enough funds to cover your first year living expenses.

Where are your other siblings? If they are in Canada or other countries it doesn’t show a plan of returning to Canada. It is not worth it to spend money on most college courses out of secondary school. What course have you applied to? It would be much better to attend bachelors in your home country and continue your further studies abroad.
