actively redo medical without request?

Hi guys, I am still waiting for the VISA, I plan to fly in mid Aug, I am thinking if I can redo my medical now, send via webform so that IRCC will have more time to update it on the system. I am afraid that if the VISA is issued late (for eg end of July), then I redo medical, the result might not be updated on the system before the departure date.
You think it's okay?

My medical also expired. Should i just redo voluntarily or wait for them to ask ? I dont think doing voluntarily is a bad thing ?
