Can someone please clarify the following query I have about the Schedule A Background Declaration.
We need to give Yes / No to the following question in the Schedule A Background Declaration form.
6.d been refused refugees status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country or territory?
Here is my background. My Parents included me in their PR application as the dependent child when I was 24 years old and my name was deleted from my parents application during the interview process since I did not meet the criteria of the dependent child and only my parents application accepted.
Now my query is what is the answer to the question 6.d in my case? Can this be a considered as refusal or not?
