I think you can, as long as your sister has registered you as her brother in the system, and you have done the same while applying for the PR. Just send a web form (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?) with all the details about your case and your sisters details for confirmation that you can travel. A print of their confirmation should suffice.
Also call them up from text now app on the number 1-888-242-2100. Check here for further details for contact (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/client-support-centre.html).
Good luck Sam, hopefully everything goes smooth sailing.

Yes, you can. Apply for a written authorization under the extended family member.
Thank you guys! I will try it. Seriously, over the past 24 months, this express entry thing has already been a long journey and considering the new restrictions will simply knock you unconscious. hope this ends well for all applicants with COPR.

Perfect, I got a signed statement from my bank yesterday. I will be carrying all documents that were used in the application process and goods to follow documents. A simple printout of goods on MS word works right?

Is there anything I missed?
My friend just landed with some bank statements which were not checked at all. To be on the safe side just get as many as bank statement as you can.

***LONG POST ALERT***

Me and my spouse successfully landed in Toronto on 19-Feb-2021!!

Airline: Air India
Route: Hyderabad-Delhi-Toronto

All we need is:
Flight Tickets
Negative RT-PCR Covid Report
Boarding pass
Expired CoPR(s) and Travel Authorization letter
Declaration form which will be provided in the Flight before landing in Canada
ArriveCAN registration number.
Extra copies of old photos that were used for expired CoPR(s).
Last but not least, we need to go through a free Covid test conducted by Switch Health at the Destination Airport.

Use the below link in order to register:

https://www.switchhealth.ca/en/travel/pearson/

give your email ID and Textnow (Canadian) phone number, then it will send OTP to the given number which we won't receive, then there is an option of "Send it to the email id instead" click on that and you will be able to complete the registration and follow that same tactic for OTP whenever you login to switch health!!

Once you land and connect to the Airport Wifi, after letting your loved ones know that you have landed safely, immediately start registering to switchhealth online which would save a lot of time.

NO 3-DAY Mandatory Hotel Quarantine required as on 19-Feb-2021.

My cousin booked an Uber XL and we reached our Airbnb Quarantine accommodation (on Day-3 Quarantine right now).

All the very best folks!!!

Hello @Ann7676 that's promising news, did they have any immediate family in Canada? I'm asking as we are in the same boat, my wife and I's visas are expiring by April but we don't have immediate family in Canada. It does say on the travel restrictions that you'll be allowed in if you're entering from the US: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/answers/foreign-us-approved-perm-res
Hi

This is interesting and weird at the same time ! Do they mean residents of the US by any chance ?

Yes, you can. Apply for a written authorization under the extended family member.
You indicated that you are:
  • a foreign national
  • not showing signs and symptoms consistent with COVID-19
  • not coming from the United States
  • an approved permanent resident not yet in Canada
  • approved after March 18, 2020 at noon EST
To be able to enter Canada, you must be sponsored by an immediate family member, and coming to Canada to settle permanently.

You will likely be allowed to enter Canada if you meet these requirements; however, the final determination will be made by a government official at the port of entry.

So having a sister doesn't count?

Having an extended family member counts. Once you receive that exemption letter from IRCC (contact them via email), then you're good to go.
I will post things I have done/going to do. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. I have filled out this webform:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?_ga-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?

2. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/visitors/immediate-family.html#extended

and then I have to fill out this application form:

https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/documents/pdf/english/kits/forms/imm0006e-2020-10-09.pdf

3.request authorisation

Does this procedure work for someone like me ( received my VISA AND COPR) or applies to visitors only?

I need a little help from the ones who have already landed are about to land- what places did you book to quarantine? The cancellation and refund policies of the places on airbnb and booking.com are bugging me. Given the condition that we need negative covid test within 72 hours of the departure, how can we be 100% sure that we will check in on the given date.
Where should I look for the places which have flexible cancellation policies?
Thanks.
Most of the places have free cancellation till 48hrs before the trip. Otherwise it is always a risk to but we do not have any choice. In which city are you staying?

Nope as of current restrictions. Only your 3rd point matters the most here.
You can still try for exemptions. Try reading about it online.

All the best
