I got ITA, and I have 2 years work history in Canada. Do I need to apply for Canada PCC?

I remember the official website says no need, just to make sure

Yes, if you've stayed in any country for over 6mths, you need a PCC from there.

Get the police certificates you need
You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.

Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:

  • you and your family members who are 18 years or older
  • and
  • every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row

sorry, disagree. In the official website for express entry:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html

See the statement: "You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada."

Did I get it wrong?
If you are going to disagree with everyone here then why bother asking, just apply as you see fit. Good luck.
