So you have the visitor visa for your mother and applied for authorization. If so it may take longer than 2 weeks...some have waited months.

It was actually refused back in Dec saying that you have not established that your reasons for travel are non optional. I gave reason that I need help with newborn as I am a single parent.
That’s why I am trying to know from @Puja shalini
that what reason she gave to get authorization for his husband as both husband & mother are immediate family members but need an authorization for essential travel in case of immediate family member of temporary resident

I read that husband does not have a job offer in Canada now as he had a closed work permit & wife spouse open WP.

Ok I thought your isssue was your mother wanted written authorization to travel. Apologize that you were asking about travelling on a work permit. The OP had an open work permit and a job offer but husband did not have job offer. He got authorization to travel.

Based on recent posts it soundsikr you do have a spouse although you may have very recently separated. Perhaps you meant you were the lone caregiver versus being a single parent.
