For those who already have got COPR and are still waiting for PR card.

I just received my PR card in my mailbox.

Yesterday I have called IRCC and the automated system informed that the estimated time to received PR card is 129 days from the day we become permanent residents. I received mine in 69 days.

Hi @Nina99 !!!

Thank you so much for your words, it's very kind of you.

I keep checking the forum from time to time, and I hope very much that your application, as well as the application of others here, will be completed soon.

I know that it's hard to be on the waiting line without any response or idea of where in the process we are, but if I can give you a word of comfort, silence is not that bad, because if there is something wrong with an application IRCC would tell us and give time to react.

From now its a matter of time until they finalize your application. Most of the pending steps that I saw on my CIC account were already done long ago but they did not update it.

I wish all of you that your applications end soon, and I will be here to congratulate you.

All the best!

André
Hi André!

Beyond thrilled for you that the day finally came, whoohoo! Your words of encouragement give us all a little hope that our files will be processed soon. I agree with you that no news sometimes can be good news in these types of cases? It's great to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that this journey will soon come to an end. Next journey will be citizenship but that's a whole other story! ;)

Take care and good luck with everything! We hope to hear from you soon!

Cheers,
Nina

So crazy that it takes that long... if I recall back in 2018 it was around 2-4 weeks... wow! At least you got yours within less than 3 months!

Today they ask us To redo médical. Its expire since sept 2019 dont know dit they take so much time To ask. :((((( i think its never gonna end :(
I am so upset for you... not only did you have to spend more on a work permit but now also the medical. That's over an extra $500... it should be illegal. I hope once the medical is re-done that you get the PR quickly afterwards... good luck!

Hi! I am May 2018, file currently in Calgary office since February 2019. I am waiting for spousal interview schedule since March 2020.
My document was transferred to Calgarly office since July 2019, I call them feburary 2020 and was told still in process, but nothing since. It really really makes me wonder what is happening. 1 year now since they got my document and no update.
