As of now CIC is processing renewal applications received until Feb-10-2020.
Hi there, I was wondering if this date had changed in recent times because if it really is up to Feb 10 then that is well longer than the 137 days they are saying. Did you get a note from the office recently?

I mailed the application on 2 February. AOR on 14 February. On 2 March the status went to "decision made". Since then no card, no letter, nothing. No reply to the web-form enquiry either.
Hi there, was this for a renewal? I still can't link my application on line! Please keep us posted.

Is this even for real? I submitted my pr renewal in Mar, but not in process yet. You can’t reach them, the reply from web form are templates, wont help at all. I really have to visit my bother, he’s dying from cancer:(. I feel like I have lost my freedom because I’m Canadian PR. I will give up my PR to visa if I have to , it’s not worth it! I’m disappointed in Canada!

I AM SORRY TO HEAR THIS. You always have the option to leave and re-enter with a PR travel document; embassy abroad will process. Timelines might be long too. Do you have someone here who can mail the card to you?

I’m really stressed out, I know I can apply for PRTD, but the VAC is closed in my country, and there‘s no guarantee they will issue you one, my daughter lives in Vancouver and I have a property here, this is my home too, I need to be able to come back. I’m also aware you have to pick up the new card in person. Not getting any help from IRCC is really frustrating and very disappointing. Thanks for your reply.

As a matter of fact, I resent my application again in early June as Urgent, it was received but not opened, I called ,emailed IRCC, everything was same old. I might not see my brather again before he die:( I’m in shock to find out it takes soooo long to renew my ID, for I didn’t do nothing wrong, I’m always such a good resident, very sad and disappointed. Good luck to you all!

is this your first renewal? Most renewals are mailed to your residential address unless you went in for secondary reviews/interview with CIC officer.
