So when RPRF is triggered it means eligibility recommended pass ? All we have to worry about after this is Security and criminality stages ?
In my notes, RPRF request was triggered after case analyst marked eligibility as recommended pass. From what I’m reading here in the forums, a senior officer needs to make a final decision on eligibility (Passed or not) based on analyst’s recommendation and review of documents submitted.

Thanks for the clarification , been also reading a lot on it but found a lot of different views, but the explanation based on GCMS notes stand out the most and seems the most logical and evidence backed .

It still a very good progress in my opinion as it is one of the hardest stage to get through from what I have been reading, generally the senior officer base his/her decision on the analyst recommendation, congrats my friend I m in the same boat too. Best of luck and keep us updated, cheers

update: ordered GCMS notes after med pass thinking they’ll take a long time but got them yesterday. Not much work on my file, only CIO doing their initial review and now the file has been transferred to the CPC in Ottawa. Will wait and see

Elegilibity and security not started. Criminality recommended pass.. will request notes late July again (hopefully biometrics will be open then)
Update

Just got off the phone with an Agent. Eligibility is PASSED! It seems they are working on the April files now.. but the wait continues.. I will request notes again next month... finger crossed for biometrics!

I asked specifically to check the status of my application regarding eligibility. It's really hard to get through. Took me about 1 hour when trying to get transferred to an agent and then 35 mins waiting on hold..

Hi all!
I have raised a webform and got the responds here today, and I wonder what it means

  • The responsible office verified the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
· The security background verification is currently valid.

  • The criminal background verification is in process.

Does it mean anything at all? Or should I call to find out if my eligibility's passed?

Hi there,

Did you raise a webform or a GCMS notes? I am really confused about these two. I thought webform is only used to make changes to submitted applications.

Thanks!

I called too, but the agent was rather rude, and refused to tell me anything more than what my online account is showing me.
I am glad that you were able to get an answer out of them tho! Congrats!

Same here, I got RPRF request and raised a webform the next day. Four days later I got a reply from IRCC which said my eligibility has met.
