Is transcript really required?

I recently submitted my application and got AoR a few days back. Today it suddently occured to me that I did not submit my transcripts. But then again I don't recall I was required to submit one because in education part I think I only saw I need to submit certificates, diplomas or degrees. So I searched in the forum and some says transcript is not required while others say otherwise. Now I am confused.

Folloing is a quote from IRCC website. I don't understand what does it mean by "if available".
Proof of completed Canadian or foreign educational credentials can include copies of
  • secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees); and
  • transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available.
My highest degree is from a Canadian university and I don't have ECA for my other degrees obtained in my home country.

Please can someone help clarify this? Go really confused.

Hi, have you passed R10 or gotten medical pass? I did not submit transcript in my application either. Much appreciated!
