How to reprint receipt

I registered to renew my permanent residence card online on my phone, when I went to pay for the fee I couldn’t print the receipt because it was over my phone. Now I can’t find the receipt anywhere and can’t print it. and when going to the service Canada site people have said to go to, I can’t log in. I’ve emailed them and don’t understand why I can’t just get my receipt send to me.
