how to check my application online

i submit my documents to some agent for Canada Visitor visa but got refusal after biomatrics.
so please tell me how we can check my application online to know what documents attached my agent.

You can't..
If your agent applied via online, you need to ask for the GCKey UserName and Password https://clegc-gckey.gc.ca/j/eng/l?ReqID=s21dc5c01df36f34a674f31279fc05f1ceacdd3895. Aside from that you also need the answers to the security question to get in. Once you get in and since there is already a decision, you can only see the filename of the pdf or doc uploaded per category (Travel History, Proof of Fund..etc) but you can't see the content of the document.

my brother invite me on 16.01.2020 for birthday party in canada, i submit my documents to my agent before 1 and 1/2 months before, but biomatrics letter received on 08.01.2020, is it means my agent submit file late ?
for this embassy send me refusal for the reason purpose of visit.
please tell me some body.

You mean the request for Biometrics or acknowledgment that your Biometrics was received by IRCC? Normally if you apply online, it takes around 3 days for IRCC to request to get your Biometrics. Up to you when to submit it as they give you 30 days to submit it. Failure to submit leads to rejection.

To attend a birthday party is not really an important reason to go to Canada.

Tell who? This is a forum. I do not work for the embassy or IRCC. Besides, you didn't even mention who is the agent. At least you can warn people about his/her incompetence.
