hello.
i started work in x company on 3rd feb 2018.
and i applied for close work permit on 13th march 2018.
finally it was approved and received on 5th april 2018.
now my question is on which date i suppose to count my work experince for canadian experince class??

well... based on what you wrote, you were working illegally from 03 Feb - 05 April.

Are there other important details you omitted? Like, why did you start working before you got a work permit?

Incorrect, the OP stated that they applied for a closed work permit, which means s/he could not legally start working until the work permit was received (5 April).

The only case where an applicant is authorized to work from the date of submission is for the PGWP application. That is an open work permit, not closed.

This is why I was trying to get more information from the OP.

   I need help to extend my status here after my Stay expires. I came to Canada in 2017 and have take 1 year post graduate diploma in project management and got diploma in Dec 2018 and start working with an employer from jan 2019 as STORE MANAGER(NOC 0) to till date, but i got my pgwp in April 2019 to April 2020.
   i have letter from employer for work permit on same designation for another 1 year till april 2021.but my PGWP will expire on April 2020. But should i do to extend my stay.
   Brief history of my previous study and work( i am from india and have done Bachelor of technology( wes is clear with four year degree) and having two year foreign work experience ( 2 year in india).and having IELTS SCORE L-8,R-8,W-7,S-6.5.
   Kindly guide.

The important date is the date you submitted your PGWP application. You are authorized to work from the date you submitted your PGWP application, and can count your work experience after that date. You may be eligible NOW.

RE Your NOC, it is possibly the wrong NOC, all depends on your job duties and responsibilities (not job title). It might also be 6211.

   ??? This is confusing. What is the purpose of the letter? Are you using it to apply for a new work permit? What kind? Do you have an LMIA?

   Submit your express entry profile and see if your score is high enough to earn an invitation to apply for PR. If you get an ITA before your work permit expires, you would be eligible to apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP).
