PR Refused under CEC

It is about next steps but i want hold on to that for now and dont want to confuse everyone with multiple questions.

Hi Do you mind to share the process of how you submit the Reconsideration request as I got the refusal with the same condition?

However, i met one of friend on weekend (works on same org, same NOC code and had submitted same letter) but he got invited through Ontario PNP and his PR was approved last year. So i wanted to find if he got 50 point for job offer and he had requested GCMS report (it has all details of individual's case and all comments by VO etc.) and i found that he was awarded 50 point for job offer from that report. When he applied PR, his ICT WP had only 6 month left so theoretically speaking he also did not have 1 year of job guarantee post PR approval, at the time of application.

So after looking at my scenario and many other here, i believe its case of pure bad luck that VO decided to reject the application. I see my file was in Edmonton office and VO code starts with KK03***

Alternatively, the VO in your friend´s case made a mistake. VOs do make mistakes, sometimes in favor of the applicant - you shouldn´t expect them to make the same mistake for you. More likely, since he had the OINP nomination for 600 pts, there was no point in reviewing the valid job offer claim.

I did but this time i made sure offer letter has exact language required by CIC on company letter head

Permit extension. My work permit valid till 14th Aug 2022, which is also mentioned in my employer letter. Also offer of employment number provided. Do you see any chance of approval??

I'm also in same boat but never used the offer letter, I have just attached the offer letter/invitation letter for my experience and attached my expired work permit and my latest pay stub and compensation letter received recently.

I got ADR for IMM5475.
What is your AOR? And status?

AOR is 4th Jan 2021

Same here my employer had specified in the letter stating the associate will be working for additional 24 months in the letter and the letter has all my duties and responsibilities. But I'm not claiming this as job offer instead using it only for my experience. Will this work?

1. What kind of work permit did you have, and what kind of work permit will you have when it is renewed? (Is or has your employer applied for an LMIA?) - Its closed work permit and will be same post renewal as well. LMIA is exempted for org that i work.

1.a. If the job is LMIA-exempt, had you worked for the same employer for at least one year before applying? - I work for same employer since 2014 in India and since Sept 17 in Canada.

2. What was the exact wording of the employment term in the job offer letter? Was it an offer of employment for at least one year after you become a permanent resident? i found these lines - Your overseas assignment at Canada shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from the “Date of Travel”. This period of deputation shall not be extended unless communicated in writing.

Do you think these lines played key role in refusal? However, these are standard letters given everyone who travels on overseas assignments. I know many of my colleagues on same NOC code with same letters, have got their PR approved.
