Need your suggestion
I am divorcee (legally separated), as my marriage was short lived for 2 months, there are no educational or work related documents that reflect my married or divorced status.
I would like to know if it is alright to file for PR as single? Does Canada immigration treats application of divorced people any differently?

1. No you can't. You are still married, and separated. No divorced person are treated the same in Immigration.
