Can I work in a diff NOC code than the one entered in PR?

Hi All..

I am currently working as a Data Analyst, and I have submitted my PR application using NOC code: 2172 Database analysts and data administrators.

However I do have a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, so can I still apply for and accept jobs in Electrical Engineering in CA?
1). What are the pros and cons (long term)?
2). Also how is job stability for EE jobs?

Looking to this group for your kind suggestions and recommendations.

You can do whatever you want. Start a music or acting career, go to college, teach etc... no one will ask you what you NOC when applying was.
But check if the career path you want to go in is regulated and what the requirements are.
