Hey everyone,

I got the GCMS notes. They gave the information of reason of transfer:

- My transcript does not show the final graduation however I have a completion of degree letter.

I feel quite awkward. Usually this is enough for graduate students (transcript until the defense + completion letter).

Can you post a screenshot ?

Mine status is review of eligibility not started. Nothing else started. No request received for additional documents so far. I don't trust their online status

Hi there, CIC told me the 9 months start from the day the local office received my file so I have to wait for another 2 months.

I got my GCMS today. My application was transferred from CPC Edmonton to CPC Etobicoke on 26th Nov 2019. Not assigned to any agent so far.

Transfer Reason: Workload re-distribution

Application type: Closed Work Permit extension (LMIA Exempt)
Date of application: 5th Aug 2019

I got my GCMS today. My application was transferred from CPC Edmonton to CPC Etobicoke on 26th Nov 2019. Not assigned to any agent so far.

Mine is similar reason transferred as re-distribution. But after re-distribute they soon transferred it again from CPC office to IRCC office.

Earlier you mentioned transfer was because transcript did not show final graduation correct? Is this the reason for transfer for second time?

What is is your timeline? When did you submit it? And when was the first trasnfer intiated and when was the second transfer done?

Dec 02 transferred to CPC edmonton due to workload re-distribute
Dec 03 transferred to IRCC edmonton due to transcript issue (I got this information from the GCMS notes)

T4ansferred twice to same location? That doesn't make sense. Probably they transferred only once for transcript issue verification. Workload re-distribute might be incorrect reason which they changed.

Do you have any notes from agent in the GCMS.Mine is blank. So no agent waa assigned before trasnfer. Just transferred due to workload.

This is the note from GCMS.
The CIC online account only told me the transfer to CPC.
However, GCMS notes showed another transfer from CPC to IRCC.
I think CPC and IRCC are two different offices.

Mine PGWP submitted Aug 23th.
Transferred to CPC Edmonton Dec 2nd.

It seems that there are many people whose file transferred to LOCAL OFFICE and do not get the result yet.
Not sure what is going on here.

I also applied pgwp on aug 10th and they said application has transferred to Edmonton for additional verifications.

Hii bel did you got your work permit. My file is also being processed at Edmonton. I also went through local mp and they replied me same as you that additional verification is needed and normal processing time does not apply. So saad
