Study Permit Challenges for Nigerian Applicants

Here is my story
I applied for study permit October 21, 2019, did my Biometrics October 23, 2019
got a refusal on November 8, 2019
applied for GCMS note and here is the details:
''I have reviewed the application given family ties or economic motives to remains in Canada, the applicant’s incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country. The applicant’s plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented. According to the applicant current or future employment prospect, I have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of residence weighing the factor in this application I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reason above, I have refused this application.''

i'm planning to reapply, please do i need to submit another Statement of purpose or i should submit only Letter of Explanation

All you need, is a good letter of explanation

No. What you need to submit is a well detailed and brief LOE. Also you must arrange your documents well.

Reading messages on here makes me feel calm tbvh.applied for study permit , me and my elder bro, we both going for post graduate programs in Conestoga university, we studied computer engineering in the university, applied on December 21st, got biometric done on 27th.
Now waiting on any further instructions, wish us luck.❤

U will get ur visa. People are getting visas since Oct last yr. I have seen 6nigerians who got visas and I believe there is a little consideration for us

Ooo what about my case I finished high school 2017 applied to Carleton 2018 for fall 2019 was rejected study visa in August which made it difficult to reapply so I applied to u Manitoba same program for fall 2020 and was admitted into the u1 program which is a normal trend for first year students I have a bank statement of 33,000cad tuition fees 15,000cad and I have no travel history how do I state all this to the visa officer and is the funds enough and I cannot pay tuition fees till like July after registration of course and I want to apply for visa now...

Please, is't a must to include school Transcripts in study permit application?

What if one submit only GCE certificate and University Statement of Result...since these 2 documents are mentioned in the application requirement checklist
