but now i'm in Canada and decided to extend my stay. I had to change my address to canada address for my PR.

If IRCC already has your address in Canada, then there is no need to update. Only when you change your country of residence do you need to inform IRCC.

Also, any change to you visa is already available to IRCC via GCMS and FOSS.

Got it thank you. Will the change of address from outside canada to an address in Canada change the process from FSW Outland to Inland?

Mine also changed to 'We do not need any additional documents'. Hopefully this is a good sign? Or do you think they've just changed the wording on all applications

I'm actually not 100% sure. I didn't get an email, i just check every day. I think it said 'we will message you if this changes' before but I could be mistaken.
