Medical should be done after ITA ?

Hello
when applicant receive a ITA then medical exam should be done ? and with ITA is there any request paper from IRCC to complete it from doctor side?

Medical needs to be done before you submitting your application. You can do it either before or after ITA, entirely up to you.

No extra paper. Just bring your passport

and can you please little explain How report will be reached to IRCC or tie to applicant's profile or how IRCC realized i did or i will do it ?
i mean applicant should say : i come for medical exam for Express Entry (immigration process of Canada)
and doctor knows what have to do for continue process?

I find that Before ITA as you perfectly said , Possible
but just 2 things

Clients also have the option to proceed with an upfront medical examination before submitting their application.

• This is required for certain categories: see the application guide.
• The Panel Physician will select the appropriate immigration category during the immigration medical examination.
• Depending on whether the Panel Physician submits the medical files to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on paper or electronically (eMedical), the applicant will receive a proof of completion of the upfront medical examination from the Panel Physician:
  • Either the first page of the IMM 1017B-Upfront (“copy to client”); or
  • A print out from eMedical entitled “Up-front medical notification”.

Applicants must attach this proof of upfront medical examination to their application prior to submitting it to the selected visa office.

Note: Panel Physicians have the IMM 1017B – Upfront forms in their office. They should contact their regional medical office for restocking.

1-what meant by certain categories
2-how applicant should request before ITA form of IMM 1017B ? which does not know will be elected or not

doctors are from specific panel, they're listed on ircc website per country. you can't go to just any doctor. also don't do it before ITA, you're losing time as they're valid for a year

suppose before ITA
where i should request/Download IMM 1017e or 1017B
or should i do any special thing ? or i can directly go designated doctor ?

Sorry This just last query for confirmation
Before ITA ; you meant with Passport i go designated Doctor which has been mentioned their name in each country
Then they give me receipt
and just that
and Do not need any furthermore Forms like 1017E/B
