I am on PGWP and currently living in montreal and working full time as a supervisor at tim hortons. Is there any way possible for me to apply for PR rather than doing TEFAQ.

Not in Quebec (without B2) but in EE you can if you have enough points. People with VJO without B2 are still awaiting for their csq
