Anyones app being processed in the UK - London Visa office?

I got a reply from the webform I sent a week ago. This is what I got:

I applied for a study permit on the 31st of july and 5 months later have received no update

I am wondering if anyone else is in the same situation , I applied from the Republic of Ireland my application is being processed the Canadian High Commission in London

I’ll advise you to ask for a transfer of your file , if they can . I applied 9th of July and I’m still waiting till date , only medical was updated .

Hey, I just received my correspondence letter and passport request letter an hour ago. I suggest you to keep sending your webform or directly email CIC with your application number. Lastly, write a very strong SOP if you have not done so.

Biometrics Done in Dublin: 28 Nov
Correspondence letter received: 20 Dec

My applications is actually really strong , with a 5 page SOP and reference letters from my secondary school principle & a teacher along with my other educational documents, I honestly do not know whats going on
