Not exactly. You get 35 points for the 1 year of Canadian Experience. and an additional 50 points can be claimed if your employer can give you a new job offer that states they will employ you for 1 more year IF you get the PR.

There are no 50+70 points. It's just 35+50.

If you are asking, will you automatically qualify for having a valid job offer (50 points), then the answer is no.

You would need to get a new job offer letter from your employer, offering employment for one year or more AFTER you become a permanent resident.

In that case, what I understand, and my calculations are as below :
  • Now I have, With LMIA + 2 Year Closed WP + Job Offer from my employer.
  • 1 year passes, I apply though EE profile, gets points of work experience(85) and lmia (50)
But here, If I need to add 50 more points on top of 85, I need to get extended job offer from employer that after I get PR, I'll be work there for 1 year.

Also correct me, for that 1 year extended job offer employer no need to file LMIA again right?

Below is the summary.

Core/Human capital factors
  • Age = 75
  • Level of education = 126
  • Study in Canada = undefined
  • Official Languages = 99
    • First Official Language = 99
    • Second Official Language = 0
  • Canadian work experience = 35
Subtotal - Core/Human capital factors = 335

Spouse factors
  • Level of education = 10
  • First Official Languages = 12
  • Canadian work experience = 0
Subtotal - Spouse factors = 22

Skill transferability factors
Education
  • A) Official Language proficiency and education = 25
  • B) Canadian work experience and education = 25
Subtotal = 50

Foreign work experience
  • A) Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience = 25
  • B) Canadian and foreign work experience = 25
Subtotal = 50

Certificate of qualification = 0

Subtotal Skill transferability factors = 100

Comprehensive Ranking System formula
Subtotal Core/Human capital + Spouse factors + Skill transferability = 457

Provincial nomination = 0

Job offer = 50

Study in Canada = 0

Sibling in Canada = 0

French-language skills = 0

Subtotal Additional points = 50

Grand total = 507

But if you use CRS calculator https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp, and add LMIA along with 1 year Canadian experience then score gets increase 100+.

I am not sure where you are getting the idea that there are points for an (old) LMIA. Read the criteria for the Comprehensive Ranking System. There are no points for an (old) LMIA.

There are 3 ways you can meet the definition of having a valid job offer (+50 pts), depending on your situation. In your situation, you could claim a valid job offer IF:
- your employer obtains a new positive LMIA, OR
- because you are already on a work permit supported by a positive LMIA, your employer only needs to provide you with a new written job offer of at least one year if you obtain PR status (this does not require a new LMIA).
