Hello All,

I received a message from IRCC stating that they need detailed information about what I had been doing, country of residence, travels, etc. from September 18 to November 19. I have re-checked the reference letter that I sent, as well as the HR letter, which clearly states that during that time I was a part of my current organization. I have no clue why they sent this message.
Please guide me how could I respond to this. Also, in my myCIC account I cannot see any 'Upload Document' button to upload these documents.
Please help me, as I have just 6 more days to reply to this query.

Thanks in advance

How does the letter tell you to supply documents?
Hello,

Thanks for a prompt reply.

Please find what I have received below:

Dear ............,
This letter is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue the review of your application we require that you provide us with detailed information for the time period between 2018/09 and 2019/11. Please provide us with residency, occupation/studies, travels, etc. for the period mentioned. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc). If you were studying, please provide the location of studies, time period when you took the course. If you participated in a distance education program/online studies, please indicate the name of the institution, the location where course was taken, etc. You must identify your activities during the specified period detailing day, month and year for each entry.
Please note: The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be rejected. Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account.

I am not sure what can be sent to prove my country of residence during this period. Also, I have prepared a Letter of Explanation to be sent along with some supporting documents. However, I am not sure how can I send them as I see no 'Upload Document' link anywhere on myCIC page.

Thanks

Seems like an agent or technical error.

Still best to send the documents they requested:
- a brief letter of explanation of what you did in that time period
- re-send the reference letter
- re-send your visa or passport in your country of residence, plus the police certificate covering that time period

If you really can't find the upload document slot anywhere in your application, send it via Webform.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I see Webform has lot of options. Some of them are Technical difficulty, Case change status, and others. What I could understand when i went through it is that if I select PR as my category, they mention explicitly, that they will not reply to the query since the processing time is well within the limit.

I am not sure which one to select. Also, I have gone through some posts here where a person uploaded his documents to the webform with the option 'Replacements documents, Amendment Documents and Verification of Status Documents' and he got the ADR again.
So really not sure how to use webform to submit documents.

Thanks
