Hi,
please i am currently applying for spouse open work permit as my spouse now is an international masters degree student. i have the sufficient funds for me and my wife, plus i have social and family ties to my home country. which will improve my profile. but yet, i feel i need to provide more ties to my home country.

the best way is to provide no objection certificate for 1 to 2 years from my employer. but i think this is difficult to get. so i was thinking about something else.

my biological two older brothers have worked at my current company as department managers. one of them left last year. and still my other brother. would this consider as a tie to my work place, specially one of my older brother is the technical manager at the company. please advice.

one more thing. i have received two job offers lately from companies in my home country. would also this considered as tie to my home country. please advice i am trying to strengthen my profile.

Job offers aren't ties to your current country, since you'd be ignoring them to work in Canada.

A brother who is in your home country may be a tie to your home country if you support them in some way.

First, thank you for your reply.

but i meant that my senior brother is the technical manager in the company i am currently working in now. i though that would be a good proof that i have a way back to my work. after my wife finishes her 2 years masters degree.

i am trying to improve my profile. as i have strong family tie (most of my close and far relatives are in my home country) plus i have good funds sufficient for almost two years a head) but unfortunately i dont have any important properties, and i think getting 1 or 2 years unpaid leave from my company is difficult. i hope they will be satisfied with my family ties, and my proof of funds.

thank you again for your time and reply

You may use your properties, family (parents, siblings, children), pets and other things that you consider important to you. You just need to explain it well on your LOI your intent to return to your home country after your authorized stay in Canada. Certificate of Rehire from your company may help as well. You may also mention your prospective jobs in your home country provided you will be able to land an upgraded position like Supervisory or Managerial. Make use of your previous experiences and express it in your letter that you can explore those sectors again once you come home.
