Hello I applied for an extension back in August and got approved yesterday. There was no email notification so I found out today when logging in. Now it says my application was approved and I have a document number and the date it expires. I know I'm supposed to receive a document in my home address but theres no new message stating this in my account, only document status... should I be concerned? And how long does it usually take for the document to arrive? As I'll be traveling this weekend and won't be home till new years

Hi. Congratulations for the extension. Can you please confirm when did you apply in August? And when did you find the update on the portal? We're awaiting decision on my mom's application with similar timelines. Hence, wanted to know your dates. Thanks.
I applied on August 21st and they approved on December 9, I found out next day, good luck!
You should get it in a week time.. I also had similar situation, no update on the extension document, however got it in the mailbox.

It looks like you are past it, since their website says they are working in August 11 apps (and its delayed info)
