With such low availability for rentals in the GTA you should be prioritizing the condition of the apartment, the accessibility to transit to get to work and if you’re lucky enough you can also prioritize school district. Living in a building with mostly Indian people defeats the purpose of being in Canada and should be last requirement over many other things.
