I got ITA from express entry pool. My OINP status is still in 'Decision in progress'

If i accept ITA, what i should i do to OINP profile once they send the nomination? Or shall i wait till OINP nomination?

Important notice
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has reached its 2019 nomination allocation, a total of 6,650 nominations for successful applicants across all streams.

Eligible applications under the OINP – In Demand Skills Stream will continue to be processed for the distinct nomination allocation granted under the federal government’s NOC C initiative for 2019.

The OINP has also received an increase of 700 nominations to its 2019 allocation. The program will continue to process applications and issue nominations until the increased allocation is fulfilled.

Please visit our web page for additional information on the OINP and the program updates page for updates on stream activities.

Issuance of Notifications of Interest under Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream

On December 11, 2019 the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream.

NOIs were issued to candidates who had a Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) between 410 and 479

Hi Everyone,

I just show this latest update on OINP site for Ontario's Skilled Trade Draw. It's obvious that I didn't get one as my CRS score was 360. Do you guys think there is any chance to happen draw with score as low as mine for skilled trade stream in next year? I have never seen such high CRS score for Ontario's ST stream draw before. I am worried now :( Any one have idea about what CRS range was when ST draw have happened this year in jan and march?

ITA you got without the 600 PNP points, did you? Accept(fill form and submit) if you would, settle you can in any part of Canada if successful, not Ontario just. 60 days have you got for that decision to make and submit documents.
If PNP nomination you receive, reject it you can then. Forfeit will you the application fees of OINP and 600 points.

If above 472 points have you then ahead go you should with the PR application. Give this suggestion I can.

I think they will sent nomination to applicants whose NOC comes under 'C'

Hey everyone,

Hope one of you can help me. I received a PNP from Ontario back in August and applied before their deadline towards the end of September. I've not followed up with them until now as they've got a 60 day processes target but was wondering - should I have received an update yet?

On their website it just has 'Submitted' next to my application

Be interested to know how long it is taking for everyone else

Thanks in advance!

Hi, guys. I just read about the OINP skill trade draw, I'm qualified(score 460 and NOC 7321, studied and worked in Ontario), I didn't get any email or message in my account. Does that mean they didn't choose me this time? Maybe bacause I came back to my home country and didn't reside in Ontario since September this year?
Thx

Hello Everyone. This is my first post. Good to meet you all.

Here is my status:

Finished my 2 year Masters in Ontario. Got my PGWP for 3 years and currently working as a administrative assistant NOC 1241 (not my field of study) full time. I've been working for 4 months now.

I don't have prior work experience before coming to Canada. Therefore I decided to work for 1 year and apply for express entry under Canadian express class. In the mean time I am waiting for PNP master stream from Ontario Just in case to add nominee points (optional).

Now my actual Question:

I came across OINP - International Student Stream. Will I be able to apply for it? from what it seems do i have to ask my employer to do paper work before joining the job? I have already started past 4 months.

What is my best course of action for my PR. I would really appreciate you advice and insight into this matter.

Thanks to everyone in advance. :)
Hi,

At this point, I'm going through the experience you described above. Can you please help me with the oinp process?

Submitted on 4th September, been in DIP since 31st October. Close to 100 days now, it's rather frustrating. Hoping against hope to get nomination this week.

You're not alone. My application was sent on 5th September. After seeing people who submitted their applications on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of September got their nominations last week, I thought that mine should also come soon. Now there is still no sign of nomination. It is really frustrated for being delayed without any reason like this. Seriously, I just really want to send a few "F" words to OINP officer handling my case.

I know it's rather frustrating. To top it all, a friend of mine who submitted on 5th called up the OINP yesterday, the gentleman over there told him that the officer handling files submitted between 4th - 9th is unavailable, and that his cases have been distributed to other officials. Now the thing is that those officials will first clear their files and then come to the extra files allocated to them.
I don't know how much of it is true, but if at all this is the case then our wait is going to be longer.
