I don't know what to do

Backstory
I didn't know my dad, he left when I was young and he had a different family in vancouver
we reconnected in 2017 when my grand mom (his mom) got terminal cancer
when my grandma died , I promise to be friends with him so he invited me to go to canada on january (Since I wanna see some snow and also meet my siblings)

I got all the documents , pass it on november, got a refusal letter after two weeks (I forgot to add my COE)

I reapplied, attach my COE, with a letter from my landlord im coming back , all finances are good and I even put in a nice appeal letter with some stocks certificate as well.

I sent it last saturday and now I got another refused letter this monday.

I felt scammed and defeated ...sorry, just have to vent it out

what were the reasons for refusal?
First it was just

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

Now it's

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

hmm......those are pretty standard refusal reasons. For purpose of visit did you not state that it is to visit your father whom you have not seen in a long time?

Seems like you have not travelled to any visa requiring country such as UK, USA, Australia etc....

What do you have as ties to your home country? Property? Job? Spouse or kids? A letter from your landlord is good but it is not the strongest piece of evidence, what would your landlord do or what could Canada do to your landlord if you decided to not ever come back?
