Note nobody can state they have contacts in any embassy or consulate that can influence any permit applications.
Not aware of any Government owned livestock companies either unless they keep them very quiet.
Also note that the offer includes multiple job postions so is obviously a scam template adjusted but in this case not very well

If this were true the consular official in any embassy or consulate would have been fired a long time ago. There is no job so do not share copies any documents or pay any money.
Wow seems like it is pretty easy money with these scams all across Canada.
Shame on Canada for not quashing all these scam rings! It gives the country a bad name. But it is rather reflective on the ability of the police to regulate non injury crime.

Many of these scammers are based often operating from countries outside of Canada where the most gullible people tend to be who are desparate to immigrate to Canada.
The police in those countries who likely cannot see it as being their problem much the same as certain call centre operations that plague Europe from the same countries, not mentioning any but most people can guess.
Add to that the many less than honest so called immigration agents outside of Canada there is very little the Canadian Governemnt can do without the scammers host country cooperation.
Yes many are operating from overseas. But I seriously will not believe that individuals based in Canada are not involved at all.
I am sure many are based in Canada too. In fact it is likely the masterminds are in Canada because they know the steps immigrants tend to take in order to get here.
Don't be gullible and buy the message from the police. More can be done to smash the local Canadians involved. Our laws are too lax. So likely even if they are found you can't prosecute them based on our lax laws.
This is why it continues here.
As discussed in the other thread, the scammers and victims in these situations are outside of Canada. Your comment regarding the "masterminds" is way out of left field. The scammers are so familiar with the desperation and process of the victims because they are generally from the exact same country or a similar undeveloped country.
When people in Canada are being victimized, the police work to catch the scammers, hence the recent busts by Canadian authorities working with foreign authorities of foreign call centres and Canadian counterparts running the CRA scam.

1. Laws are lenient on crime in Canada. Hence this makes Canada a ripe target. Even if you are caught the penalty is probably a fine rather than jail time. Split the scamming among many people. So that the value per scammer is less than $5000
2. Canadians and their immigrants are gullible and easy to scam. Which is good for the scamming business. Not much is really done by the authorities to stop the scamming or help educate properly people so that they dont fall victim. The scamming continues to be lucrative year on end.
Can more be done? Sure. Is there a real drive to stop all this? I dont think so.

Authorities in Canada do quite a bit to stop scammers, as evidenced by the busts of foreign scam call centres. They also do quite a bit to educate people in Canada. However, there is a point where government responsibility ends and personal responsibility begins.
These scams perpetrated by people outside of Canada against people outside of Canada are not the responsibility of Canadian authorities. It is up to the authorities in their countries to take action.
