Regarding call in IRC call center

I called in call center to inquire the status of my file which is in process for more than 6 months, they told me that everything looks fine, only decision is pending, actually am confused because they didn't tell me whether it is approved or not.
Is it fine to call them again in 4 days, do it leave a negative impact on file to call them again and again

They won't be able to tell you if your application is approved or not. All they can tell you is the status (i.e. in process, completed, etc.) There's really no point contacting them if you're looking to find out if you've been approved.

I got reply of my web form twice, second time that added a line
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
Rest the msg was all same but this line added in second reply of same web form request, what does that mean, please reply

They told me my application was approved on the specific date. They also able to tell me I get landing interview instead of PPR. Your application is on the last step. It is waiting for approved. No points to call them again. You have to keep eye on the last ghost. BTW, I called them almost every week bc I didn't receive the appointment letter and it has been a month since my application was approved
