apply for student visa with swift copy

Hi,
I have paid 1 year college but the amount is stuck in Bank of America they have withhold the funds for some compliance issue.I have submitted all the required documents for reconfirmation but there is no idea when the funds get transfer to Flywire. I have no time left for applying canadian student visa as my colleges starts from 13th January. I have completed the GIC payment.So should I apply for Visa with the swift copy or shall I wait for college receipt.

bank of america??? you should have got it from scotia bank or icici bank in canada

Actually I have paid fee through agency FCM travel and solutions they selected Bank of America as an intermediary bank thats the reason

I think you can use any swift copy which will clearly indicate that you have sent the tuition fees and also attach your bank statements as well but it might still not be enough if the embassy checks in with your institution and they tell that there hasn't been any payment made by you they can blacklist your

You try and explain and include the swift copy and any evidence you have that money is stuck, when you receive the confirmation send it via webform. It might bow work but you wont get banned if you are honest.
You can also pay in CAD instead of USD that way there will not be a US intermediary bank just a Canadian one.
