Internship after graduation

I have been employed in a company as an intern after my graduation. I start working there the day after my graduation and i applied to post graduate work permit few days later. After obtaining my work Visa i got employed by the company. Is my internship counted as work experience for Express entry?

You can count from the day you submitted your PGWP application. You were not legally allowed to work before that after you graduated

I was legally employed there as an intern student on my study permit. It was not required by them to be a student. Is that still legit work experience since the day 1 i worked there?

You cannot count work experience gained while you were on a study permit under CEC
And once you graduated, you cannot legally work until you submit your PGWP application

So your 'legit' work experience for Express Entry purpose starts from the day you submitted your PGWP application

Ok thanks for your information. What i read is that if you are not a full time student during your internship you can count that as the work experience for express entry. Anyway, i submitted my pgwp two days after the beginning of my internship so it won't change the game much for me. Thanks
