So i applied for a study permit through an immigration consultant who works for the flight academy i enrolled in.Back in late October got my upfront medical done.November 5th submitted application.November 6th got instruction letter for Biometric. Booked my appointment for Biometrics got done on 11th of November. Refusal came on 3 December.
. I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
My family came to Qatar in 1997.I was born in 1998.Brought up here all my schooling done here in Qatar.Brothers grew up , got married and have government jobs here.Sisters grew up here and are married here.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
I am a full time student.I live in a joint family.I don't need a job.My family supports me financially as it is a tradition to support younger siblings until they start earning themselves.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
Total tuition fee for my program for the period of 18 months is 65000 $.I have made a down payment of 15000 $.My brother has saving of 50000 $.And his yearly income is 31000 $ of which he will send me money to cover the cost of living.
how can i make my situation any better any suggestions ?

You will have to share your profile your educational background etc also did you attach an SOP with your application? Did youattach affidavits of sponsorship? Did you give proof of source of income? Having funds isn't enough you still have to show the sources of income and bank statements of an account that has transactions on a daily basis meaning its in use

yeah whatever was required i did share a letter of undertaking from my sponsor , his bank statements. a salary certificate from his sponsor , proof of payment of tuition and details of as to who is my sponsor why he is sponsoring me what relationship do we have and how is he gonna sponsor my education. and SOP i don't know if that's a study plan i did attach that and answered whatever concerns they had.and those savings were on record and were mentioned in the statement.

Dis you show anything as proof that shows ties to your home country? I mean are you qatari citizen? If you have properties in your name you should show them too anything to give them as proof that your reason is to study in canada and not live there permanently and you said that your refusal letter mentioned family ties in canada? Do you have family members in canada too?

How will you pay for tuition and living expenses. Your brother’s savings is not enough funds and he also needs to save some funds for his own family. IRCC will need to se that you aren’t totally depleting your brother’s savings because he may have an emergency and need to use his own money,

Fees of $65,000? Where are you going to school? In heaven? You still need like $10,000/year in living expenses. I suggest maybe find something cheaper?

It is always difficult to get visa if you are not a citizen of where you live, are you a citizen? IRCC normally looks for strong ties to your citizenship country which you have none.

Also order caips notes.

Would assume the program is at Canada West, FDU or VIU.

I graduated from high school an year ago FYI. My brother saved this money just for my studies. We live in a joint family.2 elder brothers and father all earning. My brothers give all their earning to my father and my father takes care of all the expenses of the house. He has taken the responsibility of sponsoring my education just like my father did for his younger brother and his nephews. It is a tradition in family i might be sponsoring my younger brother when i have a job.For your concern if there is an emergency my eldest brother and my father are gonna help him financially.

That fee is too high, if you are going to a private school avoid those like the plague, a public college will cost like like half of that.
Complicated family arrangements are not going to work with IRCC I suspect, things need to be kept simple, it unrealistic from their viewpoint that your sponsor will basically give you all his savings + next years entire income for you to go study.

Too many refusals are coming recently. Sometimes i don't really understand the base for the refusal although every single document seems right.
In fact, one of my friends got his study permit denied stating that the visa officer was not satisfied with his
intention of studying.

And sometimes you see that all documents seem perfect but you just get refusal.

Exactly the points sometimes blow your mind.I am a full time student graduated high school in the end of 2018 and want to continue studying how do you expect me to have employment.
